Delivery Information

There are no delivery charges for purchases above $150. A minimum delivery charge of $30

Order now, deliver 5- 7 working days, and customize items take 3-4 weeks. As for imported goods will take 12-14 weeks

Additional delivery charges may be incurred at the discretion of Carlo Hofmann Pte Ltd. Strictly no changes of payment methods upon delivery will be entertained.

No delivery on Sundays and Public holidays

To qualify for free delivery, your delivery location must also be accessible via elevator on the same level as the lift landing or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area

If your order does not qualify for Free delivery, standard delivery fees imposed will range from $25 per floor.

Delivery timing from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Any delivery timeslots requested to be scheduled after 6 p.m. during standard delivery days will be subject to a $80 delivery surcharge.

The estimated delivery time for your order to be delivered to you depends on the area of some of your delivery addresses.

It is required for customers to be present during the stipulated delivery time to avoid holding up the delivery team from their deliveries to other customers. We seek your understanding when it comes to delivery timing.

The delivery team will not be able to dispose of the old sofa due to scheduling constraints if prior arrangements have not been made. We do not dispose of other forms of furniture. Carlo Hofmann Pte Ltd advises you to contact your town council for a free furniture disposal service. Carlo Hofmann Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse any disposal of an Old sofa that is infested or displays signs of infestation by bed bugs.

Clearance items offered:

There will be strictly no returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties for items that are under clearance.

Changing of items Any changes of items in the orders should be done via email to at least 48 hours before delivery. Please provide your order invoice number in the confirmation email sent to you. Orders of customized items cannot be changed once they are confirmed.

Cancellation is not allowed for customized items after confirmation of the order.

Carlo Hofmann Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, and excludes any liability for us for any personal injury or death caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted by Law.


  • This warranty does not apply if your Carlo Hofmann furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents.
  • This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.
  • The warranty does not apply if the product is used outdoors.
  • The warranty does not cover transportation, repair, or replacement of parts.

Any product modification by consumers or other parties not authorized by Absolute Bedding will void this limited warranty.
