Delivery Information

Once your order is received in our warehouse, you will be contacted to schedule the delivery at your convenience subject to available delivery slots. Our delivery will be from Monday to Saturday 11 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 6 pm.

Delivery Charges

For orders above $150, the delivery will be free.

Disposal Services

The disposal service applies only to like-for-like items (e.g.: the delivery of your new mattress and disposal of your old mattress). Please ensure the disposal items will fit in the lift and also must be free from termites and bed bugs.

Receiving Goods

On delivery, the customer or 3rd party whom appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s). Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours. You need to email us at absolutebedding@gmail.com and provide a detailed description of the fault and photos/videos showing the damage. The Seller reserves the right not to entertain any complaints on visual defects that were received after the stipulated time frame. We will reply within 3 working days. All replacement of items will depend on the next available shipment. Absolute Bedding reserves the right to offer a substitute or full refund. All full refunds due to defects will be refunded as follows: Purchase Price – Delivery Fee = Refund Amount(S$)

Delivery Reschedule

Customers may reschedule the delivery with no additional charges with a minimum notice of 3 working days (Monday to Friday 9 am-6 pm) before the delivery date. For rescheduling of delivery within 3 working days before agreed delivery, Absolute Bedding will charge a transport fee of $80.

Unable To Access The Elevator

Please kindly measure your order items is fit in the intended areas. If not we have to charge $10 per floor.

Did you buy something you didn’t like? It is absolutely FREE to return the products if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

All products are qualify for a return except for the following:

  • Customized products (Bedframe/Storage Bedframe)
  • Mattresses, Pillow, Mattress Protector
  • Recliner Leather Sofa/Fabric Sofa/Leather Sofa Set
  • Clearance set
  • Products that are not in their new and original unopened condition
  • Products that have been removed from their original packing, used stain, torn, washed, discolored, dented, damaged, or with traces of fragrance or odors.

Products should be unused, undamaged, and with their original packing. Absolute Bedding has the right to decide whether the items are suitable for return or not.

WARRANTY

  • This warranty does not apply if your Carlo Hofmann furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents.
  • This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.
  • The warranty does not apply if the product is used outdoors.
  • The warranty does not cover transportation, repair, or replacement of parts.
  • The warranty do not cover wear and tear , mishandling , neglect , abuse or malicious deliberate act by human or animal , or by other agent/s or shift and relocation
  • Mattresses and Sofa that are not located at the registered address which is stated in the proof of purchase, will be subject to additional inspection to verify that damages are not caused by moving the mattress to a different address

Any product modification by consumers or other parties not authorized by Absolute Bedding will void this limited warranty.
